And honestly if you don’t have a food processor, you could probably make it work with a table blender or even just some good ole elbow grease!. All that to say that you can get away without one but I LOVE how quick and easy these energy bites come together with it. I can seriously eat almond butter and honey on almost anything. Bread, muffins, crackers, pears, apples… Spoon….. Ok, finespoonfulssss.
